Emprendedores se darán cita en México
El ITESM promoverá la reunión en México de emprendedores y estudiantes de América Latina
MEXICO, Enero. Por tercer año consecutivo el Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Toluca celebrará el Congreso Internacional de Emprendedores e Incubadora de Empresas (CIE 2007), del 19 al 21 de abril, donde participaran estudiantes mexicanos y de otras partes de América Latina, como Venezuela, Colombia y Chile.

De acuerdo con Arturo Aguilar, director de comunicación del campus Toluca se espera la participación de cerca de 800 alumnos, alrededor de 100 empresarios y 100 profesores.

El Congreso se compone de alrededor de 10 conferencias relacionadas con el temas que interesan a los emprendedores, como son la incubación de empresas y también existe una muestra empresarial, en la que los alumnos presentan sus proyectos que pueden competir para obtener premios como Lap Tops, USB´s ipod´s y cámaras fotográficas.

"Viene gente América Latina y esperamos la participación de al menos mil personas, porque el Congreso tiene tres grandes foros entre el Congreso en sí, el foro académico, donde participan investigadores y incubadores de empresas y emprendedores, además de una muestra empresarial de alumnos y empresarios", refirió Aguilar.

En el evento participará la Secretaría de Economía y la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico del Estado, además de bancos como Santander, que presentarán productos diseñados para los emprendedores.

"Los jueces son gente de bancos, empresarios e investigadores que han mostrado interés por los proyectos, además Secretaría de Economía siempre participa en este foro", Indicó el organizador.

Los emprendedores de cualquier universidad, ya sea pública o privada se pueden inscribir a este evento, accediendo al sitio web del tecnológico de Monterrey.

"No hay ninguna restricción para el Congreso", expresó Arturo Aguilar.

La edad promedio de los alumnos emprendedores es de alrededor de 18 y 22 años.

"El Congreso es organizado desde hace tres años por alumnos del campus, que se organizan en la Sociedad de Alumnos Emprendedores, siempre con el respaldo del Tecnológico", refirió.

Carola García Sánchez, alumna y una de las organizadoras del Congreso refirió que el evento tiene la intención de motivar a los estudiantes para que al salir busquen crear sui propia empresa.

"Lo que queremos es que los compañeros tengan la visión de al terminar sus estudios crear su propia empresa, abrirles las posibilidades para que ellos sepan que aunque no se trata de crear la nueva Coca-Cola, sí podemos crear otras alternativas de negocios", dijo la alumna de 22 años.

Explicó que la participación de lo alumnos está sujeta al pago de una cuota de entre 850 pesos a 950 pesos, que ayudaran a sufragar los gastos del evento y que permitirán a los alumnos participar en conferencias y en la giras que organizarán para conocer algunas empresas.

"El principal objetivo es que se logren concretar algunos de los proyectos que presenten los alumnos, la idea es que ahí puedan cerrar varios negocios", indicó García Sánchez.
